Winter Wonderland!

Excellent ride on a gorgeous fall day!  All of the pace groups tackled very challenging routes - possibly our most challenging Medium and Short distance routes given the steep grades.  But the payoff was really beautiful riding along streams, across scenic ridges, and peaceful wooded roads.  We also traveled through Steep Rock Preserve, which is home to the (locally) famous tunnel and is always a highlight.  Some of us gathered at Housatonic River Brewing after the ride for some food and drinks, which were much needed after the day's exertions.  A big thanks to everyone who joined us today!

In case it is helpful...  I recommend turning off automatic rerouting on your devices.  It's easier to tell if you've gone off course - without accidentally being rerouted someplace unexpected...  A few folks added some (challenging) extra miles to their routes today!  Not sure if that had anything to do with it, but just in case...
