Felt super strong. Pace felt fairly comfortable and didn’t need the full recovery times but took them. Keep to the plan and trust the process. All moving in the right direction. Onwards 🫡 

3km warm up at a conversational pace (no faster than 12.2kph), 90s walking rest

3 reps of:
• 1.2km at 16kph (3:45/km), 120s walking rest
• 400m at 17.1kph (3:30/km), 60s walking rest

3.2km cool down at a conversational pace (or slower!)
