With only three weeks until CIM, this was a fitting way to end a big training week before starting the taper. Met up with Janne Heinonen, Shreyas ‎Honrao, Mark Holmes, and Anson Lam at the south end of the SCT and we set out north for the Baylands, joined along the way by Nishith Patel and Garner Lee. The workout was 4/3/2/1 mile blocks progressing from marathon pace to 10k pace. I was pleased with how comfortable the paces felt, particularly since I had a pretty big day yesterday too. Feeling ready!
