Since my legs were complaining towards the end of the last two 4min@Z5 intervals, decided to skip the final anaerobic interval-set today. I guess the legs did not yet manage to finish processing the byproducts of the higher intensity stair-stepper session yesterday evening. The anaerobic interval-set at the end of this workout is there anyway just to burn a couple more of the few remaining matches - it is not really that helpful from VO2max perspective.
