Love getting encouraged to do the midday laps, work is bizzy and light is limited. Largely walking up to the base, nice temps but lightly chilly so kept my shirt on the whole way, quick Sarah chatby at the nexus. Steady and easy on the rock, bopped up top and spent a few min dancing since Kianna had the spotting scope out at home (and because speed garage is fucking fuel). Started down and felt a bit clunky but surprisingly flowy so hot Freeway on the way down which was so nice, very few folks out and kept the momentum most of the way. Jogged it out from there, trying to practice taking it easy on the knees but not sure I'm doing it right.
