You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink — the hay is in the barn and I've done all I can at this point, weather or not the legs show up next week, we shall see. It's all for fun anyways.

Last little mixed effort workout to get a feel for the paces ahead of next week. It started off sluggish, but then the turn over and effort came smooth — like a car set to cruise control.
