Duh, Forgot to start my watch for the first 400.
At the end of my session, a group of Pakistani men got in the pool but really struggled to crawl. Got chatting to them and lent them my goggles to show them putting their head under and getting their hips high.
Anyway, turns out they are from Islamabad and work for the government department of commerce. All good fun.
