I need a break

Distance was about a 5k, maybe a bit more (started the watch late). Ran a 16:01 and got 2nd place! Disappointing prize of a whopping $35. Entered when I arrived so they ran out of bibs! My mom’s friend gave me hers so I could get a time! Super fun. Got to rep the Bowerman singlet and merch. Saw the varsity girls team and had the honor of beating Cesar Lira and Noel Bautista in a race! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
