After the two long runs earlier this week I decided I wanted to do a bit of Speed. Well, I think that has worked out. No structured sprints, no structured tempo. Just going at the pace that I wanted at the time that I thought was fun. Pretty happy with it though.

Oh, did I already boast that my pace was 2:59 during one of my last sprints? It was my fastest pace and it did not last long, but still.
