* Back to back 5ks in 24 hours
* Walk on registration to the Vancouver Historic race in Stanley Park
* First place overall and sweet swag
* Missed my first podium session and flowers to rush to the airport back home 
* Chip time: 17:20.8

My hot take:
A hot 5k is more terrifying than a marathon so it’s good training to push through the fire
And never trust your watch data!
