Skipped Siren Run Club last night to stay dry and do my tax return… and also to give my right calf a bit more time off.

Things started well today but then started to cramp up so I bailed on the planned session and turned it into a short very easy hobble. Think I'm going to have to keep off it for the rest of the week. 

Was considering parkrun on Saturday but may need to put it off a week.
