Mayport to Daytona - So far every day has been different. Day 1 was cold with a good bit of climbing. Day 2 was windy with some climbing lots of dogs. Day 3 a flatter route with a mix of wind blowing more dogs. Day 4 was wet dry and wet again and just a few dogs. Today started out nice and easy rolling through Atlantic Beach and then we got out on A1A and proceeded to get buzzed by car after car no dogs. It was pretty frustrating to see how people drive when you’re in a bike lane. Obviously they feel like there’s no reason to move over at all. I thought riding around in Atlanta was bad but these FUCK sticks in Florida take it to another level. OK, enough crying about that. I’ll get back to what we’re really supposed to be talking about here. We had the wind at our back and the hammer down these hundred mile days are getting easier and easier. This is a good sign for me because we’re only halfway. once we got into Daytona I had to take the boys by the Daytona 200 display town behind the Hilton on the beach.  Got some good photos and pedaled up  Main Street and then back roads up to the Speedway for some more photos. Have some good memories of this place. This is where Ericha and I met along time ago back in 1997. Oh yeah, and a couple of decent races I had down here..🏁
My buddy from back in the day, Richard joined us today on his E bike and turns out the three of us are faster than a Yamaha E- bike and he ran out of juice…. Luckily Ericha was there in the van to scoop him up on A1A beachfront Avenue . Richard learn the hard way that three Georgia boys in there  60s can still roll pretty good.🦾❤️‍🔥 
It really has been a great adventure so far really enjoying the work we are putting in and looking forward to what tomorrow bring us.
