Found a new way from the CKC down to Northup, via a set of stairs that clearly is not new.

Then PT at the new Proliance building.

Then lunch at the _classic_ Pumphouse. It's been on 8th since 1978 ... I think the only other building around it that's lasted that long is the Burger King across the street.
