The thing about saying your are going to do EPIC things is that you have to actually follow through with it or you lose credibility.  

Swim once per month in the river for an entire calendar year. 

Today the air temp was 14 degrees and I had to chip away ice from the bank to safely get in.   But I knocked it out.
