Wow what a pretty morning ☀️☀️ this is one of those routes that’s just an easy 10 (this was just 11 because I accidentally took a faux trail and then was close enough to just finish the mile) in the bucket — get to see the whole park on trails or dirt basically the entire time. 

embarrassed to say that 2 nights ago I did a a bunch of RDLs and a lot of band work on my hamstring and I am sooooooooo sorreeeeeeeeee. Wasn’t sure if I would be able to loosen up for a moderate long run but it was honestly SO NICE. the only not so nice part of this loop is the last 2 miles completely uphill but that’s on mental stamina !! 

Also big win 🏆 I officially love neversecond gels again. Wasn’t sure if we would be able to repair our relationship after Leadville. Oh and I did actually pee all over my phone on this run on accident so that was not good.
