First offseason ride after a 5-day fast that went extremely well. Legs felt pretty amazing but granted, it was a very low watt day. HR about 5-10 beats higher than normal for this power. I assume my body was looking for some blood sugar and glycogen stores and couldn't find any :) :) So there was a bit more work necessary but I did not feel that as it pertains to RPE. A solid 5 weeks of Zone 2 sub 140 HR work now and then we're back at it in 2026.

2026 A races:
Vegas In 24 in April
Kona in October.
