I feel like this went well. I knew i overseeded a bit and with the heat draw I decided that straight the to back was the move and it worked out. I was able to picking people off through the first 3-4l, then got stuck in no mans land. I was strong through it but its so hard to keep it rolling when it hurts and you’re alone. Maybe Im just soft. In any case, quelled the demons of 16:00 2 years ago on the same track. FWIW the nb track does feel better than it did when it opened. 3k next week which Im better at on the indoor track
