What an amazing feeling to have my body getting back to “my” normal and away from that BS “new normal” from the heart arrhythmia.  It Took tons of restraint not to go Full Gas again, but it’s great to see an active and not reactive heart…first times since late spring.  I Still have to nurse the femoral artery plug, so my barriers were SLOW and GENTLE 🤣
