Legs felt good went out with all the water I would need for 100miles so about 4litres. No scary incidents this time😀  had fun chasing groups, a lot of solo work, westerly winds💨. Legs still good at end of ride, 1177watt sprint to going full power💥 yet. Got hot and sticky on way home after cafe stop.

Chase of DCC 100Miler Group(failed went wrong way) - then chase of 10am DCC Bun Run (catched at Muircoat) then did more miles and climbs(legs felt good)
