10-0 degrees actual; -10 to -30 actual. A snowshoe hike that felt kinda risky and beyond exhausting. My hamstrings were full on cramping before I was halfway done. At least 1/3 of this was untouched; another 1/3 had been touched by one person in the last 2 weeks. Snow was knee-deep everywhere, with some deeper drifts. I should have worn 400g boots but instead wore 200g boots. I couldn't feel my toes or midfoot for the last 3-4 hours...
