Trying to run AGAIN - Day 7, feeling flat

Just in case anyone is planning to run this soon (Bondi 2 Coogee), they are STILL working on repairing the section of the walk around Waverly cemetary. You'll therefore be forced to run amongst the gravestones and moteIy placed machinary. I quite dramatically found  this experience today to foreshadow the death of my muscle fibres :/
