Might be an idea to get it looked at or even a sports massage
Craig Brown I'm convinced it has something to do with the artificial joint left side is metal. Think it's something I just need to live with. Always stop when it's playing up.
I would go an get it checked and of that's the reason they come back with then fair enough but it might be something wrong or trapped etc.
Hey Paddy. How is the balance between legs as far as muscle mass goes? I often measure the muscle groups and do extra PT to try and bulk up the leg with the replacement joint. The differences can be quite surprising.
Michael Lovric I'm pretty sure they are the same. I did have a longer recovery on the left and everything from the op to recover was a nightmare conpared to the right side. When I was at physio they said the muscles etc was totally wasted at the time. I've thought about maybe doing another more exercise on the left. A couple of days it will be fine but it plays up now and then.
Knox M mentioned to the doc before he says not to worry about it and try and enjoy myself. Orthopedics are mixed bag. It's not as if it affects me cos I always end up stronger. I'll just rest a couple of days and it will be fine. Most THR folk don't run. I got these for a new lease of life. No matter how hard or what the pain I'll rest recover and go again 😀😀😀😀😀👍👍
Might need a few days rest Paddy...
You will know your body better and what to do stay positive.... 😎
Joe Delaney 🇮🇪 you know it's easier than done. Try again Sunday. Alexander Parker yep it's happens now and then I rest and go after a few days.
Rest days are important to Paddy as you will know gives the body some time to repair itself
Keep the chin up Paddy, few days rest and you’ll be fine I’m sure.
