Thanks Barney. Gary: I've a long way to go to half-marathon fitness. Maybe next year.
What a load of crap, if you can run 18km you can run 21. You'd be more prepared than half the field, based on that pace and you're recent 10km plus your shorter training runs you'd run it under 5:30 pace easy.
Agree with Gary 100%. Especially looking at the consistency of that run Pete :-)
Thanks for the votes of confidence. I'd like to be able to run more than 21km before entering my first half. When I signed up for the 10km, I could *just* run 10km.
