Easy run 

Easy run. 5 years have passed since my last run😅

Awful day. Awful state of health. Barely slept in the last 5 days. The trip to Khao Yai was planned in advance so I had to go. There was hope that all the same I would take KOM but it didn’t work. A chain derailed in the midway. I lost with it 20 sec. After 20 min I wanted to stop. 
I want to say a big thank you to Ek for supporting and organizing the trip. You are a true friend. 
I hope in the near future I’ll take this KOM. It’s a matter of principle.
