🛡 Kneaded! ⚡ Physio and Prehab 25.205 🏋🏾‍♂️

📋 "É la Grimpeuse" rode with 81 beautiful Trek bikes through JaTim towns, up and down mean steep climbs, hot coastal roads to Pantai Ungapan on the Indian ocean for some fresh & yummy grilled lobster and sate tuna before riding back to Malang 😊

⚡ Escorted ride at a friendly intensity except on climbs where I threw some race efforts to keep quality high and had (surprisingly) enough power left in the legs in the final climbs of what's now my longest cycling 3 days and my highest TSS training week. 

🎯 A rewarding 3 days camp with plenty of lessons learned about: patience, gravity, my bike, gear, legs, heart, fuel, gut, mind and even skin.

🛠️ The final 33km were lost from the .fit file (will be added as .gpx later)
