Happy with this, despite slower time. Goal #1, after some disgusting positive splits recently: finish strong. Aced it. Gravel cross country course, including some nasty switchbacks - probably slowed me down more on the way down than up. Wasn't sure how aggressively to pace so erred on slower side (see race goal) but then had plenty in the tank when I finished - was able to accelerate in the last K to pick someone off. Felt like I could have run another one after.

Absolutely stunning weather: crisp, no clouds. 5th overall.
