A bit conservative 20 min, but the safety fuse said even don't try to go harder - look at that puddle of sweat under you and note that shivering feeling, generally speaking, is not a good sign.
1 min - 477 Watt
5 min - 353 Watt
20 min - 282 Watt
FTP - 268 Watt
