First Parkrun since August so happy with a 21:52 24th

Loop to Clophil with a little effort on the way back .

I should have turned around when I saw the "Hedge Cutting" sign but carried on and ended up with a cm long thorn in my front tyre.

Big wind blowing straight up the course as beat my PB from start of bunny lane to Cardington by a 20s and hit 47.4mph down hill foot (yikes) but clearly not enough to make up for being very slow on the way out into the wind.
Si had his first go and did over 20mph on first attempt on a road bike so very good start.
