Up through the Wright estate on the Manitoga trails, up to the Osborne trail, down to the road. I guess in the old days we’d have called this a “hike”, or “a walk in the woods”. There were some good stretches for running but also a lot of slowing down. Some good views though. And lots of SPIDERS
