Super fun run, explored a new strip of the Iron Horse Trail.
Started out with the Kenyan Shuffle, as Coach Harlan taught me. I didn’t even realize I neg split every mile, so that’s cool. Gu Roctane Pineapple flavor at 3 miles and 11.5 miles. Toward the end, a guy on a bike said, “After all my years of running, I’ve never looked as smooth as you.” That was a cool compliment to end off the run. 
70 on the week!
