Also, would be interested to hear your take on how the Superior's performed for this...and whether you feel they contributed some of those falls. Again, great job.
Thanks. I learned a lot in this race, and also realized I have a lot more to learn. Pretty sure the Superiors were not to blame for my clumsiness, it must of been the course + my mental state + unknown factors. Crooked Creek, for example, was a really rough trail and I was super confident in the Superiors and made zero mistakes. I said the Ontario Summit course wasn't too technical, but that might not be fair, I saw a fair number of other people stumble.
And to be clear, that race report reads like a rant, but overall it really was a great day and excellent race.
