Questionable decisions

Little time trial to mix things up. Not great but not terrible. I'll take it as a starting point, especially given how ill-suited my training has been for a 5k. I think I forgot how to actually push myself to a 100% effort, especially solo. Feel like I haven't raced in forever so it felt good to see what I could do. Went by track distance not watch distance, this was 12.5 laps/5000 meters so this is a bit off
