Intended 2M-1.5M-1M hilly tempo on some roads only traveled before on 🚲. Legs felt fried and skipped the last one. 5:19s-5:16s by GAP.

First proper long run in a while. Needed a Roberts Market milkshake to resuscitate after trudging the last few miles. One of the few redeeming qualities of all the horses in Portola Valley is all these nice dirt paths to run on - definitely a good route to keep in the back pocket!
