Still assesing the damages, but it seems things went better than expected, I managed to handle the pain in my right calf although I couldn't push the pace at all in the runable sections, the 'mandatory' walking uphill sections were very painful and I just crawled. Add to the mix that I just slept 7 hours total in the previous two nights. Anyway, I'll see tomorrow if this was the stupidest thing I've done or if somehow I've survived the ordeal with minor damages.
