Cold Clocking Some Miles

Previously 3:19:24 by Mr Nephew, 2011. Maintained high-intensity for the duration. Gave it all I had, hard to walk after! I'd run it once before, about a year ago, so knew the turns pretty well. Mostly well marked, but little traveled. This trail seems to always be extremely easy, or extremely hard, so it's difficult to find a rhythm. The tech sections are very challenging, but there's also a bunch of flat road. Plenty of massive blowdowns to negotiate, and for some reason I did this at 70-80 degrees, clear sky, high noon... But I managed! Plenty of cold streams to help cool me off. Scratch this one off the bucket-list!
