Didn’t feel safe so I turned around

My first workout/race since breaking my foot 10 weeks ago. I ran faster per mile than the last race I did.

This confirmed what I already knew...my body needed a break. 

Anyway, this felt challenging and like I’ve never raced in my life. Opted for the fly and die or positive splits for positive people method...not on purpose. 

My A goal was under 21 minutes so I’m pleased with that. Foot felt ok.
