Amazing day on the dumb fixie down to Portland Bill and back. 

Gentle headwind on the way there and really good average speed. I got up most of the hills without too much drama and the roads were fairly quiet.

A nice rippin’ tailwind on the way home, though I felt a wee bit queasy with all food and drink, which is very unlike me. I think the combination of the heat and aero position did me in.

Felix met me for some video shooting and company for the last bit home, which was such a delight. Absolutely ripped home for the last bit too.

Delighted to have done this and would like a snooze now.
