Afternoon Walk

warm up before solid effort on the way up— felt quite good, I think. Never know up here. Mellower descent which ended up being so much harder than the ascent 😂 (slipped out a few times in the beach, two bottles of filtered water in stream, proceeded to feel like 🤢). Maybe the uphill effort had a delayed hit? Not enough sugar? Never enough sugar. Regardless super solo fun outing while Kyle tackled the ridge. I love the Sawatch. Thanks, Tara, for setting the bar on this resplendent peak 💛
