Eternally grateful to him and I think some other people who gave me water. Scariest moment I’ve ever had while running - went from feeling good to ringing ears and loss of vision in about a minute. Blacked in under a bush holding someone else’s water bottle. Hopefully I didn’t say anything too stupid in my delusional state.

Not sure what happened since once I recovered it didn’t feel too hot outside. The 2 hours of sleep might have played a roll, or not bringing water, or just not being in shape. I don’t know. Just thankful I made it out of this one in one piece. Also I think my thumb is dislocated

Edit: it appears I lost over 8 lbs in water weight, about 5-6% of my body weight and that’s after rehydrating. Gonna bring water next time
