do you have a coach or do you just ride 100 miles a day? Either way, you're a bad ass.
Ive had a coach my whole career, most recently (the past 2.5 years) it was Frank Overton who gave me a fantastic knowledge base, as well as great guidance. I dont have a coach now, and by going with how i feel and taking points from what ive learned, things are going great. I ride hard when i feel good, take a day off when i dont, and when im just eh, i ride just eh, and im ok with it. Being my own boss means i am totally accountable for riding and resting, and lets hope winning. Where are you these days?
