Have a mild cold... thought maybe some take-it-easy climbs might shake it out.  

I did some exploring up Mt. Nagara, but regretted it halfway through because it was so slippery (moss, wet, etc.). Regretted much more trying to come down... never been so scared on the bike before, even when trying to walk it down. By some miracle didn't fall over.

The two "Zenkoji Flyby" segments are remarkably pleasant.
