Easy to Moderate 🐫 hump day push for the BOB segment.

Targeted 46ish because I wasn’t looking to burn the barn given I started the week with two big workouts and will be ending the week with two more. Didn’t realize I was under 45 until pretty close and didn’t realize either that I was so close to Paddy’s pace until I was literally at the top.

With a little rest and an intentional push I feel I could have taken this 4-5min faster, which means holy hell is Eddie going to tear this up when he gets here. I’m guessing 35ish will be his CR if he pushes.
