This consisted of 8 and a half climbs of Alps D Zwift

My personal record is < 60 mins for one climb but as I needed to climb it many times I have been practicing a 90 mins climb and felt that would be my sweet spot

But 4 climbs in i felt that I needed to stop and rest during the climb , if I was feeling like this at 4 climbs I would not complete the challenge at this pace so I just went really slow . I did stop between climbs 

I was peddling at a cadence of < 40 which is also hard but a different kind of hard

Due to my broken wrist holding the bars became hard and I struggled to keep a good posture on the bike for the last few reps

Eating so many gels , bananas and protein bars was hard and you kinda feel ill from them
