EZ Hillz

Sloppy trails and fine mist the whole way. The Ultraventures gave good traction, but I still was cautious on the descents. I felt tired and the goals became just to keep moving for 2.5 hours and to stay upright. I wanted to stop 5 miles in. 2 weeks in a row that the long run became a daunting mental battle. Last week was a little too much; I'll be taking it real easy until I get my legs back under me.
