An earlier ride than normal, busy day and riding with a different team didn't quite work out well... A much faster and harder ride than I was expecting. I held on for 1 turn and less than 11 minutes (a mix up with timing meant I was fighting the front for 1.5 turns!). 1 chase and then trying to keep Sarah on the group hit the first curve/ramp of the KOM sliding towards the back (and not very fast so no momentum). Chased back on but went very deep and couldn't recover in the group before I then blew up on the next (and final) part of the KOM. Just too much threshold without being able to recover.
