Felt great until maybe 15 km? Then my left shin/front of ankle started *killing*. Pain just got worse and worse the entire way, until my left hip flexor started hurting/cramping, presumably from covering for my stabbing shin pain. Anyway, other than that (ha) the run was awesome. Felt easy, felt energetic, and could have gone on for another 20 km. Insane shin pain is unfortunate... Did 4 scoops of Skratch, about 1 per hour, in 20 oz of water (two 10 oz flasks).
