    Like you wouldn't believe Ron. I knew going into it it would hurt, but 55km of constant quad cramps was something else. Nasty 'recovery' too .. vomiting last night & I'm still nauseous now.

    Thanks guys. Knew it was gonna be hard but was certainly one of the hardest efforts I've done for a run. Worst I've felt after too - nice to finally have my stomach back now & eating properly! Kinda cool to have experienced really having to grind one out tho & pull through
