56:19 (complete loop not segment)!! i was on pace for sub 55 at the double peak but got an excruciating cramp coming down barranca and just didn’t have a solo TT back on islay creek in me. faded a bit but it’s all part of the learning process! i need to figure out my hydration and nutrition and pacing plan better but i’m having a good time finding those out! i have a sub 55 in me right now, i will be back to lower my time. and hopefully other people will too! (@chris, will, finn, michael, MIKO, joey, joel, kyle, etc) thanks to will for the car, chris for cheering, miko for meeting me at sylvesters after, joey for the great splits to chase, and kyle for the great time to chase! kyle ravera held the old FKT at 57:50
