Mental grit prep - couldn’t seem to get power up to my race pace so just kept it tempo. My hands were so cold, and I had to stop and clear the rain off my glasses a few times. Riding in a wet tri suit when it’s 50’s and then raining was not exactly enjoyable. Glad I got it in, but happy it’s over.
