    Until I got on strava, I didnt even know people like you existed. The numbers are insane. You guys run faster, on hill than an average runner runs on flats, you climb higher in a single run than someone like me could climb in an entire week. I am curious what your resting BPM might be? Ten BPMs? hahaha

    I was hospitalized for a dislocated shoulder last month and they took my pulse 4 times at the hospital because the first 2 or 3 were under 40 BPM and they couldn't believe it ha ha ha

    under 40bpm is awesome! Mine is hanging around 50ish
